Adaptation doesn't happen in the training session. It happens in the hours and days after — when the body repairs and rebuilds in response to the stimulus.

Recovery is not optional. It is scheduled. It is monitored. Our recovery stack — red light therapy, full spectrum infrared sauna, PEMF, and compression — is as precisely dosed as the training.

Training frequency adapts to biological readiness. Not a 7-day calendar.
